Aaron Bush
Overview
Aaron Bush, MD is a board-certified radiation oncologist providing cutting-edge cancer care in Southeast Florida. He earned his undergraduate degree in biochemistry with the highest honors at the University of Florida, medical degree at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., and completed his residency at the Mayo Clinic where he served as chief resident. He now provides modern radiation treatments for all types of cancer, painful arthritis, and several other medical conditions.
Dr. Bush is a nationally recognized leader in the field of radiation oncology and was elected as the inaugural Government Relations Fellow for the American Society for Radiation Oncology. He continues to advocate with members of Congress to ensure modern cancer care is accessible to all communities across the country, especially those with limited resources in Florida. Dr. Bush has also led several grant funded research projects focused on improving cancer care access. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications, which have been recognized at national conferences as clinical practice changing.
He is also significantly involved in aerospace medicine having completed hypobaric chamber training at NASA and serves as a lecturer on the topic of cosmic radiation. Above all else, Dr. Bush is devoted to providing exceptional, individualized care, and fostering close collaboration with patients and their multidisciplinary care teams to achieve optimal outcomes and enhance quality of life.
