Blake Evans

Blake Evans, MD, FACS is a board-certified urologist with Springs Urology, a part of SunState Medical Specialists, in Coral Springs, FL, which he joined in 2022. Dr. Evans began his career in his hometown of Fort Myers, FL, where he worked with his father, Dr. William Evans, as a part of Southwest Florida Urological Associates/Lee Health from 2013-2020. Dr. Evans then moved to Boca Raton, FL, his wife's hometown, and joined Baptist Health/Boca Raton Regional Hospital, where he worked from 2020-2022.  

Dr. Evans has a prime interest in the management of kidney stones (ureteroscopy) and benign prostatic hypertrophy (Aquablation, Urolift) as well as clinically localized and advanced prostate cancer (Cryoablation, Barrigel, Oral Oncolytic Therapy). Dr. Evans manages clinically localized bladder, kidney and testis cancer in addition to erectile dysfunction, hypogonadism, UTIs, hematuria, incontinence, overactive bladder, and other general urologic conditions. He also performs in-office vasectomies.
