Grace Carpinello

Grace Carpinello, MSN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Sunstate Medical Specialists in Sarasota, specializing in comprehensive urologic care. She has practiced as a Nurse Practitioner in urology since 2017 and brings extensive experience in diagnosing and managing a wide range of urologic conditions for both men and women.

Grace earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Wagner College in Staten Island, New York. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing, where she developed a strong clinical foundation rooted in evidence-based practice and patient advocacy.

Her clinical focus includes urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, kidney stone disease, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), recurrent urinary tract infections, hematuria evaluation, and other men’s and women’s urologic health concerns. Grace performs comprehensive assessments, coordinates diagnostic testing, develops individualized treatment plans, and works collaboratively with supervising physicians to ensure seamless, high-quality care. She is also experienced in medication management, patient counseling, and postoperative follow-up.
